Lessons from a wedding
Just a mini-entry on a couple of things I discovered at a very wonderful wedding.
1. Hula hooping:
If you’re ready to add another bit of cumbersome fitness equipment to your under-the-stairs collection, at least this one’s entertaining. It feels like pretty good exercise too. It’s also the only bit of kit you’re likely to use when you’re pissed, thus providing further opportunities to stay in shape.
2. Trampolining:
If you’ve got a garden big enough, get one. If you see one in a pub garden, get on it. I am definitely going to find a trampolining class somewhere so I can try again without flashing my pants at other wedding guests.
